Return & Exchange Policy

Customers have the right to return or exchange items purchased from Leyloo.com within 2 calendar days of receiving of a purchased product under the following conditions:

  1. Returned or exchanged items must have a manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired without compromising the items quality, fake, fiddle or does not match the specifications stated on the website.
  2. Returned items must be in their original packaging with all its original content, including, but not limited to, packaging, accessories and manuals.
  3. Returned items (unless defective, fake or fiddle) must be in resalable condition.
  4. Food (unless expired at time of delivery) and personal products such as, but not limited to, swimwear, underwear, newspapers, magazines, shaving equipment and hygiene products are not eligible for returns.
  5. Items bought during promotions or on discount are not eligible for refunds.
  6. Customers have the right to receive their refund against returned items in the same form of payment made at time of original purchase. For example, if you bought items in cash you will receive your refund in cash. However, LeyLoo.com reserves the right to process the refund through a different mode of payment where deemed necessary and more efficient.
  7. Customers have the right to receive their refund in full. We will not deduct any kind of transactions fees, such as visa/Mastercard fees or processing fees, from your refund amount.
  8. Customers have the right to receive their refund within 14 calendar days of their original request.
  9. Customers have the right to exchange items purchased within 2 calendar days of purchase. Exchanged items must be in their original sealed packaging. We will offer customer the value of the item with in­store credit that will be valid for 6 months.
  10. Items under warranty will be entertained by the concerned agent or supplier of that brand directly.
  11. In case of exchanging devices like mobile phone, computers and accessories – it must be intact with its original packing – no exchange is possible if the original packing was opened.
  12. In case of exchanging electronic devices such as computers and mobile phones – it is possible if the devices were not plugged into electricity for charging etc.
  13. Household utensil items can be replaced if they have never been used.
  14. For personal care, clothes and other similar items exchange is not offered due hygiene reasons and it will be sole discretion of LeyLoo.com to offer any such exchange.
